The candidate will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across teams to optimize cost and service levels while ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within a defined market and product line, driving strategy execution.
• Support the region in achieving P&L targets by identifying improvement opportunities and leveraging resources.
• Prepare operating budgets and conduct reviews of cost drivers and KPIs to improve productivity.
