POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Regional Manager of C-Store Operations, you will lead operational excellence in the region to achieve financial and non-financial goals. You will lead District Managers and Team Members at all levels to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers. Building a high-performing team through targeted development of District Managers and store management will be a critical focus to ensure the delivery of overarching and lasting results. You will play a key role in the strategic planning process and being the principal change agent responsible for initiatives and behavioral changes within the region. Playing a pivotal role in our transformation, and sales and profitability growth, each day will be fast paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful and you will be inspired to bring your best, every day.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will oversee District Managers and their respective c-store operations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
