Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Regional Operations Learning Specialist in Dallas, TX to develop engaging training content for global and regional audiences. You will work with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze, design, build, and update eLearning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids, and support the rollout on our digital learning platform.

The role requires 2–3 years creating corporate training, proficiency with PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline, and ability to apply ADDIE and SCORM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience developing training or instructional content in a corporate, technical, or operations environment.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and update training materials.
• Create and format engaging instructional content including presentations, manuals, and eLearning modules.
• Apply instructional design principles to simplify complex topics for learners.
• Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback.
