Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience developing training or instructional content in a corporate/technical environment.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Experience publishing eLearning content to SCORM.
• Familiarity with video/image editing tools and LMS exposure.
• Instructional design certifications (ATD, CPLP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and update training materials.
• Create and format engaging instructional content (presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, videos, guides).
• Apply instructional design templates to simplify complex topics.
• Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Support ADDIE-like design processes for learning experiences.
• Assist content creation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support LMS maintenance, track participation and completion data.
• Identify outdated content and flag for revision.
• Work with regional stakeholders to understand training needs and deliver on project timelines.
