Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer experience while increasing sales of Company products and services.
• Maintain essential administrative tasks to ensure safety of branch personnel.
• Maintain relationships with top clients and actively pursue new opportunities.
• Record daily activity and quotes in CRM; manage orders and issues.
• Pursue and maintain vendor relationships and growth opportunities.
• Educate customers on product lines and retrain staff on mastered processes.
• Provide executive and service-level sales presentations as needed.
• Coordinate with branch managers to implement improvements.
• Meet with leadership to discuss and hit sales objectives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer transactions and reports.
