Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Business or Human Services, plus state-required education/experience.
• Seven to ten years of related management experience in the human services industry.
• State licensure and any required certifications per state.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement regional strategic direction for operations aligned with state goals.
• Oversee service quality and implement quality-improvement initiatives.
• Execute regional growth strategies, manage census, and respond to RFPs.
• Maintain relationships with individuals served, families, and guardians; oversee satisfaction surveys.
• Oversee financial performance, purchasing, billing compliance and documentation.
• Provide leadership with supervision of Area/Program Directors and regional team; ensure safety.
