Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a full-time exempt supervisor to lead a program site with a revenue base around $7.5 million. You will supervise Program Directors and staff, ensure quality services, and maintain compliance with state and federal standards.

The role covers program planning, financial oversight, census management, stakeholder relations, growth initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of related management experience.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or equivalent.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of program directors and assigned staff; oversee regional support and hiring decisions.
• Oversee program planning to meet Sevita and regulatory standards; ensure services are engaging and of high quality.
• Manage financial performance; ensure billing compliance and maintain area budgets and ledgers.
• Monitor census, referrals, and marketing efforts; drive growth and ensure timely enrollment.
• Develop and implement area growth strategies; plan new programs and resource needs.
• Maintain relationships with case managers, partners, and stakeholders; communicate effectively with guardians and referees.
• Ensure quality, licensing compliance, incident reporting, and corrective actions across the area.
• Oversee health and safety programs; maintain safe living and working environments for individuals served.

Education

Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry.
