Zusammenfassung

TerraBella Senior Living, a leading senior living provider, seeks a Regional Director of Sales to drive regional census, revenue, and customer engagement across communities. You will partner with EDs, DOSs, and corporate teams to implement sales programs, compensation plans, and market strategies.

The role focuses on planning, reporting, training, and optimizing the sales process to maximize productivity while maintaining TerraBella’s service standards and compassion for residents and families.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Five years selling in a dynamic environment; senior living experience a plus.
• At least three years’ experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead community sales teams’ productivity and census building.
• Plan, reporting, goal setting, sales process optimization, and CRM training.
• Coach, trains, and assists with the management of Sales staff (SLC, Coordinators) to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate competition reports and knowledge of market conditions to advise leadership.
• Ensure CRM proficiency and training for DOSs and marketing coordinators.
