HomeTeam in Riverside is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead field service teams and ensure top-quality pest management. You will oversee revenue targets, route planning, and staffing to deliver outstanding service while maintaining safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management, experience in sales or marketing, and a track record of coaching staff. College degree is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and a robust benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing and office administration.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• 3+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue targets and service quality.
• Standardize pest control service routes to improve density.
• Schedule and review daily routes with technicians.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Assist technicians with field service requests and delinquent accounts.
• Order and maintain equipment and supplies for service work.
• Maintain a positive work environment and recruit staff.
• Manage performance and motivate service staff.
• Maintain certifications and licensing as required.
• Coordinate training and licensing for staff.
• Maintain truck inventory and perform inspections.
• Support General/Branch Manager and weekend duties.
• Continue duties as assigned and ensure quality control.
