Dexterra Group is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the Louisiana area to lead a multi-site operations team and drive performance across contracts. The role focuses on operational excellence, financial stewardship, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and risk management while aligning with company vision and values. Travel and remote work options may be required to support client locations and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience leading a team that provides either hard (HVAC, Mechanical) or soft (cleaning, janitorial) facility management services.
• Post-Secondary Education in Management or Business-related degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Proven ability to lead others with empathy, open-mindedness and respect.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Operations team for a specific region to ensure efficiency and execution of strategic vision.
• Manage contract performance across the region, including client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Lead budgeting, planning and financial targets for sites within the region.
