Zusammenfassung

Dexterra Group is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee regional operations, ensure efficiency, and implement the strategic vision of the senior leadership team. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple contracts with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include full P&L ownership, budgeting, establishing location goals, and driving improvements in safety, service quality, and operational performance across your region.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience leading a team that provides either hard (HVAC, Mechanical) or soft (cleaning, janitorial) facility management services.
• Post-Secondary Education in Management or Business-related degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Proven ability to lead others by demonstrating empathy, open-mindedness and respect.
• Ability to maintain excellent relations with People – employees, client and customers.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Strong problem solving and organization skills.
• Intermediate level expertise with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to travel between sites on demand, travel is required approximately 50% of the time and may change based on operational requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the Operations team for a specific region.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for the sites in the region.
• Develop plans and budgets to meet financial targets.
• Establish clear business goals and financial targets with the Manager of each location.
• Identify opportunities and best practices to improve profitability of locations.
• Accountable for key financial and performance measures including cost control, EBITDA, and customer ratings.
