Job summary

Dexterra seeks a District Manager to lead a multi-site operations region with full P&L accountability for all district sites. You’ll drive client relationships, contract performance, safety, and financial results across the district.

You’ll mentor the field leadership team, ensure adherence to standards, and identify opportunities for new business in key markets. Hospitality operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in management or business is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of Operations/Business Development experience.
• Experience in multi-unit management in hospitality or hotel industry is an asset.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated financial management skills.
• Demonstrated market awareness, branding, and innovation.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees.
• Familiar with current industry technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L responsibility for all sites and locations in the district.
• Develop plans and budgets to meet financial targets with clear goals at each location.
• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Build client relationships and support business development in the district.
• Lead a multi-site field leadership team and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and WHMIS requirements.
• Implement operational improvements in safety, quality, customer service, and performance.
