Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Area Director, Replenishment in Charlotte, NC, to lead replenishment across groceries, fresh, and produce. You will oversee a team of Replenishment Leads, Buyers, and Operations Support Specialists and coordinate with Area Sales and COE to optimize service levels and inventory health.

The role is onsite five days a week at the Charlotte location, with opportunities for annual incentive and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or related experience.
• 7 years of work experience leading operations and teams in core supply chain functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach a large team.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and link business impact.
• Familiarity with analytics and supply chain planning systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage replenishment performance metrics for your Area.
• Lead area staff meetings and drive replenishment performance improvements.
• Oversee PO management and use of SOQ to optimize inventory.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, and COE for issues.
