Job summary

Citrin Cooperman & Company Llp is seeking a Regional Director, Firm Operations, to lead regional administration across multiple offices. You will partner with regional and local managing partners to drive revenue, oversee administrative leads, and drive policy and technology improvements.

The role requires substantial senior operations experience, strong people management skills, and travel to managed locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of administrative/operational experience in a professional services firm.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading teams of 7+ people.
• High school diploma required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and local managing partners to drive revenue through collaboration and teamwork.
• Oversee administrative leads in each office.
• Deploy and implement firm-wide improvements to policy, procedures, and technology.
• Integrate and train new team members, offices, and regional offices.
• Provide firm-wide support for corporate initiatives by the operations team.
• Travel to locations being managed as needed.
• Collaborate with geo-leadership on performance reviews for administrative staff.
• Coordinate with corporate facilities on buildouts, office moves.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
