Qualifications

• 10+ years in material handling, lift equipment, heavy equipment, or related field with meaningful parts/service operations experience.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong financial, operational, and customer-facing understanding of a parts/service organization.
• Ability to translate data into clear priorities and action.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term strategy for lift equipment parts, service, and product support across the Virginia region.
• Lead multi-branch operations with accountability for profitability and customer experience.
• Own annual operating budgets and drive revenue, gross margin, and operating income.
• Monitor metrics: technician utilization, inventory turns, service response times, warranty recovery, safety.
• Develop technician capacity and capability plans to support growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership on market positioning and offerings.
• Strengthen key customer relationships and expand service utilization.
