Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service branches across the New York City area, including Queens and the Bronx, with responsibility for a $30M regional book of business. This hands-on role partners with executive leadership to drive growth and develop the next generation of Branch Managers.

You will coach leaders, review P&L and KPIs, expand market share, and travel across the region to support teams in the field.

Auto‑Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service branches across New York City, Queens, the Bronx, and Connecticut.

In this role, you’ll partner directly with executive leadership to drive regional growth, improve operational performance, and develop the next generation of Branch Managers and Supervisors while regularly traveling throughout the region to support your teams.

This isn’t a corporate desk job. We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching managers, developing sales teams, solving operational challenges, and spending time in the field helping teams succeed.
