Job summary

Qualifications

• At least eight years of multi‑unit/regional management experience across retail/financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach District Managers and lead regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stores in the region to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement regional strategies to improve performance and revenue.
• Prepare annual budgets with District Managers and monitor financials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the region.
• Travel to stores regularly to oversee operations and staffing.
