Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Regional Leader to oversee multiple funeral home locations within the Arizona Region. This multi-site role carries full P&L responsibility and requires leading through General Managers to drive revenue, manage costs, and standardize operations.

You will partner with the Sr Vice President to elevate leadership capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver on financial and operational goals while delivering a high-quality, consistent service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site leadership with P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to improve performance across distributed locations.
• Experience leading via General Managers or equivalent roles.
• Strong financial and operational acumen in service-based environments.
• Ability to operate in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional P&L and performance across multiple funeral home locations.
• Lead General Managers and Location Leaders to drive revenue and reduce costs.
• Implement consistent operating standards and processes region-wide.
• Partner with senior VP to execute strategic initiatives and scaling.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance across locations.
• Drive customer experience and community presence in markets.
