Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regional Leader of Funeral Home Operations to oversee multiple locations in the Arizona Region from Tucson, AZ. You will provide strategic direction, coach site leaders, and drive financial and service performance for the region.

The role requires managing Directors of Operations, GMs, and Location Leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving family satisfaction targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a leadership role managing multiple funeral home locations (multi-site).
• Valid state-issued funeral director license preferred.
• Strong understanding of funeral services operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Directors of Operations, GMs, and Location Leaders across multiple locations.
• Coach and mentor regional leaders to drive performance excellence.
• Oversee funeral services operations, including embalming, cosmetizing, dressing, and cremation procedures as needed.
• Manage fleet staffing, care, and logistics across locations.
• Ensure OSHA and safety/regulatory compliance at all sites.
• Drive regional P&L performance and budget attainment.
• Collaborate with Area Vice President to improve family satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Monitor labor costs and operating expenses to optimize financial performance.
• Submit project proposals and CapEx requests for regional approval.
