Job summary

Landmark Funeral Group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead the operational, financial, and leadership performance of approximately 10–15 funeral home locations within an assigned region. You will translate company strategy into strong local execution, driving P&L performance and developing leaders while ensuring each location delivers compassionate, first-class service.

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience owning P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ability to develop leaders and succession plans.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~75% in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for 10–15 funeral home locations.
• Set performance expectations and operating rhythms for leaders.
• Monitor regional performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure staffing, facilities, and resources meet service needs.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, and others on priorities.
• Lead implementation of new processes and initiatives.
