Qualifikationen

• Eleven+ years of industry experience with increasing customer-facing responsibilities.
• Six+ years of people management and budget/expense control experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or related field; strong financial acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-driven decision making.

• Provide guidance to location leadership to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Approve annual business plans, budgets, financial, production, and revenue targets.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals within the area of responsibility.
• Transfer financial knowledge to location leadership to enable sustainable decisions.
• Oversee marketing, community relations, and customer guidance initiatives.
• Develop plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Lead cross-location operations and multi-line business management.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Travel up to 75% and communicate long-term strategy and goals to staff.
