Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. in Georgia is seeking an experienced Manager of Physician Practice Operations to serve as a liaison between our physician practices and the Northside Hospital system.

This role ensures adherence to corporate policies and procedures, develops and implements programs, and supports multiple providers and their office staff across several locations, while maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment. Work hours are 8a-5p.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field required.
• Associates Degree with 4 years of related healthcare experience required.
• Or 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, multi-location physician practice organization.
• Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the Northside Hospital system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain productive, financially secure work environment across locations.
• Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
• Work with leadership to develop and implement programs for practice management.
