Job summary

BellSimons, a leading distributor in HVAC and related trades, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-site operations across the region. You will partner with Branch Managers and Sales leaders to improve performance, develop leaders, and drive financial results.

In this role you will own regional P&L, optimize inventory and safety, and build strong customer relationships while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Travel between branches is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in wholesale distribution or similar.
• 3+ years multi-site leadership across locations.
• Strong financial and P&L management experience.
• Experience serving contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and leaders.
• Own regional P&L including sales, margin, labor.
• Review performance and implement action plans.
• Partner with sales to grow business and relationships.
• Oversee branch operations: inventory, shipping, fleet, facilities.
• Drive process improvements and cost control.
