Johnson Brothers - Maverick of Texas is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead a multi-state distribution network. You will own P&L, drive productivity, and deliver the annual operating plan while prioritizing safety and customer service across Minnesota, Iowa, and neighboring states.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and the Ops team to optimize service, capacity, cost, and talent. A data-driven leader with strong cross-functional skills is essential.

Formación

• 15+ years of regional operations leadership with multiple sites.
• Proven P&L ownership and annual operating plan delivery.
• Experience with company-owned assets and multi-market operations.
• Strong financial and analytical capability to drive results.
• Knowledge of DSD, warehousing, transportation, routing, and fleet management.
• Experience in alcoholic beverage or consumer-packaged goods is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Branch Directors of Operations across the region with accountability.
• Own branch operating P&L and deliver annual operating plans.
• Develop cost-reduction, productivity, and route-efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to optimize service and costs.
• Use data analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Champion analytics, routing, LMS, and WMS to improve decisions.
• Oversee distribution centers, trucks, and facility infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Build leadership bench and develop talent across markets.
• Drive cross-market standardization and continuous improvement.
