Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control across multiple site accounts. You will drive growth, productivity, and cost management while leading teams and ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and customers.

You will own client relationships, support new business and retention, and deliver on contractual obligations with rigorous P&L oversight.

Qualifications

5+ years management in an industrial or manufacturing multi-site role.
Total managed volume of $10M+ and P&L management experience.
Contract-managed, facility management experience is desirable.
Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
Experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) O&M standards and procedures.
GMP experience and strong safety culture are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned sites.
Grow revenue, manage costs, and deliver productivity targets.
Lead people and deliver financial commitments across multiple accounts.
Maintain safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and customers.
Establish and maintain effective client rapport; support new business and retention.
Review and present monthly site level business performance and QBR data to leadership.
