Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low-voltage, electronic security, telecommunications, and related systems projects. You will serve as the primary operational contact, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, customers, and internal departments to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading project planning, managing risks and change orders, monitoring costs, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management, construction management, field leadership, or equivalent experience in low-voltage, electronic security, telecommunications, electrical construction, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from turnover through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, manpower requirements, material requirements, and completion forecasts.
• Coordinate multiple active projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Identify project risks, schedule conflicts, scope issues, and resource constraints before they affect performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the life of the project.
• Protect project margin while meeting contractual and customer requirements.
