Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, coordinate purchasing, inventory transfers, and reporting while ensuring safety and service levels. The role requires strong leadership, SAP experience, and the ability to train staff across the branch network.

Applicants should have 5–7 years of warehouse experience and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but a High School diploma or equivalent education is needed.
• 5–7 years of warehouse experience.
• 3–5 years of supply chain experience in a distribution center or similar role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills preferred.
• SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to drive a 15-foot box truck.
• Forklift certification and ability to train others.
• Experience with inventory replenishment logic.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a staff of logistics operations employees.
• Assists in timely purchasing and receiving of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Oversees inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, and fixed assets.
• Ensures timely updates and communication of job orders to clients.
• Oversees scheduling for warehouse, set-up, and delivery operations.
• Provides input on inventory management to team and management.
• Maintains reporting requirements per management.
