Confidential Employer in Irvine, CA is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple offices and to partner with firm leadership to drive efficiency and consistency. This on-site role involves guiding administrative teams, planning facilities, and coordinating with HR on people processes.

The position offers a base salary of $165,000–$195,000 per year, a 15% target annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading office or operations, with law firm experience.
• 2+ years supervising administrative or legal staff.
• Experience overseeing multiple office locations.
• 2+ years hands-on HR experience including recruiting and leave administration.
• Knowledge of California employment regulations and compliance.
• Budgeting, expense management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional law firm operations across offices, including administration, facilities, staff, vendors, and planning.
• Mentor and support legal assistants and administrative staff, ensuring coverage.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve efficiency and service across offices.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee California workplace compliance including wage/hour, leave, and safety.
• Manage regional budgets and coordinate with finance for oversight.
• Coordinate attorney and team onboarding for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify challenges and implement solutions.
