Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple Virginia locations and projects, supporting various customers and teams. The role requires regular site visits, leadership of Project and Site Managers, and close collaboration with customers and support teams.

The candidate will drive safety compliance, bid development, and cost management while ensuring projects meet schedule and quality goals across industrial sectors in Virginia. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in pulp/paper or industrial markets managing projects up to $10M.
• 8–10 years of client relationships and bid development with a successful record.
• BA/BS in a relevant field; experience may substitute.
• Strong leadership, risk management, learning agility and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety program and enforce a safety-first mentality.
• Lead development of Project and Site Managers and nurture customer relationships.
• Manage cost elements: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing.
