Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support diverse customers across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, rigorous cost control, and effective cross-team coordination to deliver complex industrial projects on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in pulp/paper, power, industrial, or manufacturing project leadership, with strong client relationships and a proven record in bids and business development.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading project teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to estimate, budget, forecast, and bill for projects.
• Experience with bids, scope changes, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety program execution and performance of internal staff and vendors.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, and support teams to manage projects and Site Managers.
• Manage cost aspects: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, resource assignment.
• Utilize scheduling, bid/takeoff, change orders, and contract knowledge to manage scope changes.
• Develop relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports; ensure compliance with codes and practices.
• Oversee equipment, tools, and personnel for project adherence to policy and regulations.
• Provide project status updates to executive leadership; travel to sites regularly.
