Job summary

MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support multiple customers and projects across various locations. The role requires guiding project teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project milestones are met while managing budgets and resources.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in relevant markets, strong leadership, risk management abilities, and proficiency with project management tools. Travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in pulp and paper processing, power, industrial, and/or manufacturing markets managing projects up to $1M.
• Experience leading bids and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitors safety program and site work for compliance.
• Manages cost aspects: estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing.
• Identifies scope changes and communicates milestones.
• Develops relationships to cultivate opportunities.
• Oversees drawings, calculations, and specs per codes and practices.
• Ensures equipment and personnel comply with policies and regulations.
