MOR PPM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple customers and projects across locations. The role requires leadership of project teams, ownership of cost control, scheduling, and compliance with safety standards.

Frequent travel to job sites is expected and ongoing collaboration with customers and internal support teams is essential. The successful candidate will bring 10–15 years of project leadership experience in industrial settings, strong communication skills, and a proven

Formación

• BA/BS degree applicable to position.
• 10–15 years’ experience in related markets.
• Experience managing projects up to $1M.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors the executing of the PPM safety program and the performance of work by internal staff and external vendors and champions our Safety-First Mentality.
• Works closely with customers, peers PMs and support teams in managing and developing project and Site Managers.
• Responsible for PM level aspects of cost management, including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and prioritizes resources for operation success.
• Uses project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts to identify and process scope changes and communicate milestones.
• Develops relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Prepares or modifies drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs and monitors work for compliance with codes and practices.
• Ensures all equipment, tools and employees on project comply with policy, regulations and customer requirements.
• Supports compliance programs and ensures project teams adhere to them.
• Provides regular updates of project statuses to executive leadership.
• Travels to jobsites regularly to oversee projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
