MOR PPM, Inc. is looking for a Regional Manager to support multiple customers in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the industrial sector managing projects up to $10 million.

This role involves monitoring safety programs, managing Project Managers, and overseeing cost management. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a BA/BS degree. The position requires travel approximately 30% of the time and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in pulp and paper processing, power, industrial, and/or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to travel an estimated 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor execution of the PPM safety program.
• Manage and develop Project and Site Managers.
• Handle cost management activities including estimating and budgeting.
• Identify and process scope changes for projects.
