Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related property management in regional role experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations with at least four direct reports.
• Familiarity with RealPage/OneSite preferred; proficient in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational improvements across assigned communities to meet occupancy and income targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of community and regional staff.
• Achieve budgeted income, expenses and NOI; monitor delinquency and occupancy metrics.
• Ensure property conditions, curb appeal and resident satisfaction meet RR Living standards.
• Recruit, train and develop future leaders; manage performance and succession.
