Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, facilities management, public administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible operations or facilities experience, incl. 3+ years supervising staff.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, preventive maintenance, safety practices, service documentation, and corrective action follow-through.
• Ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement consistent operating procedures across all locations.
• Oversee buildings, meals, transportation, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage preventive maintenance calendar and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and audits.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and training with HR.
• Coordinate with program leadership and executives.
