Job summary

Parallel Management Group in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our senior living communities. You’ll partner with community leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, run audits, train staff, and drive occupancy and service excellence across the region.

You’ll lead the regional operations team, recruit and develop leaders, manage budgets, and implement corporate programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing licensed HFA or AFC communities in Michigan.
• 4+ years operations experience in healthcare.
• Track record in sales or occupancy growth.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations and regulatory compliance across communities.
• Monitor budgets, clinical services and audits; ensure corporate programs are followed.
• Lead regional operations team and support staff; recruit and coach leaders.
• Develop programs and policies; represent the company at industry meetings.
