Job summary

Valcourt Building Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Elevator Cab Interiors operations across the region, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of estimating support, fabrication, installation, field operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, crews, and schedules while driving profitability, operational excellence, and growth, in a fast-paced construction and service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading construction, fabrication, manufacturing interiors, or related businesses.
• Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the region’s financial performance including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, labor productivity, and working capital.
• Lead fabrication, warehouse, installation, and field operations.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, Estimating, Fabrication, Procurement, and Field installation teams.
