Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Campus Services to oversee sales, operations, and the financial health of a designated region. You will maintain client relationships, ensure quality and compliance, and drive growth across multiple campuses.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role reports to the President and requires managing budgets, payroll, and field operations while coordinating with the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive management responsibility in a multi-site setting.
• Ten years’ experience in facility operations, preferably in an education/campus facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing clients and generates proposals to achieve regional financial and sales goals.
• Collaborates with Business Development to ensure operational efficiencies for growth.
• Utilizes Salesforce for prospects and new business.
• Develops and maintains client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversees ROI, budget, payroll, and regional expenses; reviews monthly P&L.
