Job summary

Chimes is seeking a skilled residential services manager to supervise day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies. You will oversee IP development, maintain CPS records, and coordinate care with teams.

You will review budgets and timesheets, supervise House Managers and staff, participate in hiring, and ensure rights compliance while supporting action plans and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human services, psychology, social sciences, or related field strongly preferred
• 2 years managing multiple residential sites; 2 years supervisory experience; 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with Agency and regulatory standards through site visits and audits
• Coordinate and develop IPs, serving as main contact for individuals served and their care teams
• Maintain accurate records in the Client Profile System (CPS) and ensure timely documentation
• Review timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance Allowances
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including timely incident reporting and emergency response
• Supervise House Managers and indirectly oversee direct support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetings
• Ensure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as needed
• Assume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned
