• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, including at least 3 years of managerial experience within the telecom or broadband industry.
• Proven track record in leadership, safety, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement regional strategies, plans, and budgets for construction services.
• Oversee regional operations for aerial, underground or locates construction to hit timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in telecom and power industries.
• Provide coaching to Operations Managers to enable proactive solutions.
• Plan training and certification to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
