Qualifications

The Senior Operations Manager – Construction is responsible for leading large-scale regional construction operations, managing multiple market teams, and driving performance across field operations, subcontractor partnerships, and project delivery. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, client requirements, safety standards, and financial targets.

This position serves as a critical bridge between senior leadership and field execution, providing operational oversight, leadership, and accountability across construction markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-market construction operations, including aerial, underground, and infrastructure build projects
• Manage regional construction managers, field supervisors, and subcontractor crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
