Star Construction LLC is seeking a Telecom Manager to organize, direct, and supervise construction activities in a defined region. You will coordinate scheduling, liaise across departments, and manage subcontractors and material vendors to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

The role requires leadership of supervisors and crews, strong communication, and experience in a telecom environment. Expect after-hours work and travel as needed; a Bachelor’s in engineering or project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related Engineering or Project Management field; 3–5 years of telecom experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and vendor management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined area/region operations, reporting to the Sr Manager Telecom.
• Oversee daily production, including supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure ethical, contractual compliance.
• Ensure timely customer requests are handled professionally and per guidelines.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, onboarding, and performance management within area.
• Evaluate major suppliers of materials and subcontract services bi-annually.
• Enforce contract terms and company policies with subcontractors.
