• Experience in collision estimating systems and processes.
• Familiarity with CCC1 software or similar tools.
• Ability to read and report on financial performance.
• Strong understanding of repair workflows and procedures.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to personable customer service for internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Center operations (production and administrative) across a region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance and growth.
• Provide training, information, and tools to General Managers.
• Identify acquisition and brownfield targets and build relationships with them.
• Source and recruit qualified talent for centers and the region.
• Ensure centers repair vehicles safely, thoroughly, and profitably.
