Job summary

Brakes Plus is seeking a Regional Manager to support operations across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. You will lead store managers, drive sales and profitability, recruit talent, and implement sales strategies while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

Expect to develop teams, oversee payroll, ensure safety, and coach staff to achieve high performance across multiple stores in the region.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate staff, resolve issues and make decisions.
• Ability to multitask and create schedules while analyzing reports.
• Maintain regional budgets for multiple stores and regions.
• Mentor others with a detail-oriented, organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Brakes Plus locations in the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Staff the region with strong employees and retain talent.
• Conduct employee reviews and handle personnel issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure safety compliance.
• Review payroll through scheduling and reports and manage percentages.
• Lead coaching and training using SOPs and evaluate performance.
