Brakes Plus is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Des Moines market, partnering with Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will oversee multiple stores, recruit and retain talent, manage schedules and payroll, coach staff, review performance, and ensure safety and adherence to Brakes Plus standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, budgeting, and leadership, with a proven history of exceeding business objectives.

• Oversee Brakes Plus locations in the assigned region.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Staff the region with strong employees.
• Retain team and place people in right positions.
• Responsible for employee reviews and personnel issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and oversee payroll through scheduling and reports.
• Create a motivated team environment and coach using SOPs.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of personnel.
• Ensure store safety and maintenance of safety equipment.
