Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager of Operations to provide operational leadership across Wellstar Medical Group practices.

You will partner with physician and nursing leaders to ensure quality, efficiency, and access while driving staff engagement and standardized workflows. Responsibilities include supervising practice leaders, managing staffing and budgets, and collaborating across service lines to implement growth initiatives and program launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Health Administration degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Practice Managers, Leads and staff at assigned locations.
• Allocate and monitor staffing, equipment, space, and other resources based on patient demand and priorities.
• Manage areas to ensure financial performance through quality, clinical excellence, and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrates proficiency with IT, information systems, and business tools used across Wellstar.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance strategic priorities and mission.
• Partner with service line leaders to develop strategies and execute operational plans for launches and growth.
• Support teams in achieving patient experience and clinical quality goals.
• Aim for excellence in employee engagement and standardized workflows.
