Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years healthcare practice, ambulatory operations, patient access, or site coordination experience.
• Minimum 1 year lead/coordinator or informal leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily site operations and readiness activities, ensuring checklists are completed and gaps escalated.
• Serve as primary local point of contact for day-to-day site communication and huddles.
• Identify coverage gaps, supply needs, and facility/IT issues; escalate appropriately.
• Support onboarding, training logistics, and candidate/site tour experiences when requested.
• Lead or co-lead daily huddles and participate in regional leadership meetings when assigned.
• Maintain cash-handling steps, patient safety, and compliance with Wellstar policies.
