Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Site Lead- Non-RN to coordinate daily practice operations at a Wellstar Medical Group location. You will align with leadership to implement strategic directives, ensure site readiness, complete daily checklists, and promptly escalate any gaps or issues to maintain smooth patient care.

This role requires strong communication with providers, staff, and leadership, the ability to identify coverage gaps, support onboarding, and promote a culture of safety,

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory healthcare operations or related site coordination.
• Minimum 1 year of informal leadership (lead/coordinator) in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily site operations and maintain checklists.
• Lead site communications, huddles, and readiness updates.
• Identify and escalate barriers, gaps, and safety concerns.
• Support onboarding, training, and candidate experiences.
• Collaborate with leaders to uphold Wellstar standards.
• Perform site readiness tasks and manage special projects.
• Escalate issues to managers and ensure patient safety.
