Job summary

Wellstar Health System in the United States is seeking a Nursing Administrator Manager to provide clinical leadership across ambulatory care practices. You will guide RNs, LPNs, and CMAs, partnering with physicians and operations to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and current nursing registration with state board.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Ability to lead across ambulatory care settings and collaborate with physicians.
• Excellent communication and evidence-based practice focus.
