Responsibilities

• Completes assigned daily site checklist items when onsite and reports gaps promptly.
• Supports site schedule review and coordinates immediate site communication.
• Acts as first receiver for patient concerns and performs initial service recovery as appropriate.
• Maintains cash-handling steps and reports discrepancies.
• Supports onboarding education, training, and competencies for new staff.
